Based on the study of human being.Exercise is good for the body especially the brain.Moderate physical activity, including brisk walking at list five days a for at least 30 minutes a day is good for the body especially the brain .
The benefits of exercise come directly from its ability to reduce insulin resistance, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the release of factors- chemicals in the brain that affect the health of the brain cells.
Indirectly, exercise improves mood and sleep, and reduces stress and anxiety. Problems in these area frequently cause or contribute to cognitive impairment.
It is good to get more active to get more to increase oxygen in the brain.With increase oxygen in the brain the human being will function well. With decrease oxygen in the brain is associated with worse cognitive performance.
Start with a few minutes of exercise a day, and increase the amount you you exercise by five or ten minutes every week until you reach your goal.
If you do not want to walk, consider other moderate exercises, such as stair climbing , tennis or dancing.
If you do not have the discipline to do it on your own try any of these ideas:
Join a class or work out with a friend who will hold you accountable.
Track your progress ,which encourages you to reach a goal.
If you are able ,hire a personal trainer.
Health wise, exercises are very good not only for depression cases but in general, it is a great way to keep your weight in good shape, exercise keeps you fit, make you feel younger, smarter and healthier.
