Argument has been going on for a long time over whether Hip Hop is dead .
Common and Rolling Stone sat down to give 10 ways to save Hip Hop .
They warned rappers in one of their items which was published in 2003 to stop thinking their rhymes is not good to the listeners . It is always good to think positive. With positive thinking everything will be fine .
The Chicago rapper says words are power . It is always good to rap words that are educative to people including children. Its not good to use bad words like sex for money , and bitches and shooting somebody .Bad words rap are not encouraging for people especially kids .They will be saying those words in school , to their parents and friends .
Common also says to make your music look like your life .
Its not everybody that grows up in the ghetto to be rapping bad words like violence and sexand getting money . Even if you are from the ghetto rap good words that are educating and encouraging to everyone including children so that we can save Hip Hop .

ReplyDeleteMy respect to the Rapper, It is hard to find a person in hip hop so center in his mind. I support his comment. the kids and other people reflect all the craziness in their life from their music. I confess I heard some of them too. He confessed me was gonna sell a chunk of drug to get money. I really still feel like cray for few friend I lost in this form. God took me always out of risk or bad step. Even my bad friend never gave me a cigar, a beer or drugs. We just skated. there were people in the streets who always were friends with human feeling too.Life in the
ReplyDeleteslam is still hard everywhere, but nothing is 100 percent bad, and there are good people who got out finding more than just all the negative things there. It is hard to find lyrics that talk about the real good things in hip hop;they have glorified the terrible habits. I probably agree with this raper because I am from a real ghetto and finished finding other activities and paths in my life too. It is a great post, thanks.
