Campaign focuses on diet, exercise Campaign focuses on diet,exercise Healthy life style begins with what we eat and drink,how much physical activity we are to do and how we take care of ourselves . Their is no specific diet or exercise for everyone because we are all not the same . We need to cut down on oily food and do some exercise that will fit your needs. Choose food that contain a lot of minerals, vitamins and other nutrients, but not many calories . Prepare foods that fits your cultural and religious practice. Select food that are appropriate for health . Eat more fruits and vegetable small amount of beef and chicken . Replace high calorie soda and caffeine with water . Exercise few times a week for 10 minutes or more a day.

  1. Living a healthy life style could be excruciating, especially when you are advice by your doctor to avoid some certain food which was once your favorite.Meanwhile,we need to maintain a balance diet and have a regular exercise in order to live healthy.Great article!!!!!

  5. Hey everyone. I used to have about 30 pounds overweight too, but now it's gone. So, I want to share my experience of how I
    dealt with it.
    I'm a busy person, so I had no time to workout at the gym or hire a personal trainer... But I was so ashamed of my
    appearance... All my girlfriends were slim, except me. So I started to look for an alternative that could help me to drop
