Study shows that spouses influence each others exercise habit, for good or bad . A change in one spouse affect the other directly especially in middle age couples .
A lot of factors can affect individuals to exercise , this include our relationship maybe single , married ,childless , or employed is likely to affect exercise behaviour .
Results of past studies shows that single people exercise more than married people . Employed men exercise more than unemployed men . After divorce men exercise more than divorce women . Divorce women exercise less .
Scientist have found out that single women exercise more than women with one kid ,The reason is that women with kids spend more time with their kids , do some cooking , cleaning , than a woman with no child .
Marriage affect exercise after the children have grown , its affects the spouse routine and also affect the spouse .
It is good for couples to make up time for them self , to at least exercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes each day .If one spouse can form exercise a habit the other spouse will also make it a habit .
