Exercising regularly makes you look fit , and good in your clothing .It also makes you strong and healthy . Exercise makes you look and feel way younger than your real age .
It gives you more vigor and vim . A workout is like  natures energy drink ,firing up your brain and body so you feel more alert and alive . It is good to exercise regularly to make the muscles more relaxed .
Exercise jumpstarts your sex drive . A sweet session during exercise improves blood flow all over your body , including below the belt and the extra surge makes you feel more responsive and increasing arousal .
Exercise keeps your skin soft and glowing . The sweat you have during exercise makes your skin shine and soft .
Exercise helps you to sleep soundly  . A good exercise makes you so tired , but makes you sleeps deep and sound .
Exercise improves your flexibility . It makes your joint and muscles more flexible . You can do this by warming and cooling down with foam roller exercise . This helps reduce the knots that form in the muscles. It is always good to exercise regularly . Doing this will make your muscles more relaxed , and makes you feel younger than your real age .

Study shows that spouses influence each others exercise habit, for good or bad . A change in one spouse affect the other directly especially in middle age couples .

A lot of factors can affect individuals to exercise , this include our relationship maybe single , married ,childless , or employed is likely to affect exercise behaviour .
Results of past studies shows that single people exercise more than married people . Employed men exercise more than unemployed men . After divorce men exercise more than divorce women . Divorce women exercise less .
Scientist have found out that single women exercise more than women with one kid ,The reason is that women with kids spend more time with their kids , do some cooking , cleaning  , than a woman with no child .
Marriage affect exercise after the children have grown , its affects the spouse routine and also affect the spouse .
It is good for couples to make up time for them self , to at least exercise 3 days a week for 30 minutes each day .If one spouse can form exercise a habit  the other spouse will also make it a habit .

Argument has been going on for a long time over whether Hip Hop is dead .
Common and Rolling Stone sat down to give 10 ways to save Hip Hop .
They warned rappers in one of their items which was published in 2003 to stop thinking their rhymes is not good to the listeners . It is always good to think positive.With positive thinking everything will be fine .
The Chicago rapper says words are power . It is always good to rap words that are educative to people including children. Its not good to use bad words like sex for money , and bitches  and shooting somebody .Bad words rap are not encouraging for people especially kids .They will be saying those words in school , to their parents and friends .
Common also says to make your music look like your life .
Its not everybody that grows up in the ghetto to be rapping bad words like violence and sexand getting money . Even if you are from the ghetto rap good words that are educating and encouraging to everyone including children so that we can save Hip Hop .

The trend at which computer technology is growing in Africa is so fascinating amidst standardize mental picture of starvation and conflict among civilians. The Young, rich and African: The Cheetah Generation, is a fast growing multi-millionaire club on the web that is going strong. Few computer technology moguls include young self-made successful Africans who became multi-millionaire through hard work, inspired and perseverance. Majority of the rise of the new generation is the effort of African strong and vigorous population who are willing to accept the new trend.

    Dennis Makori is one of the changing lives of Cheetah Generation. He is a 34 years old self-made millionaire who grew up in an inaccessible community in Africa with neither running water, nor energy. Through hard-work, perseverance, and the continued adage of his father, he became Kenya multi-millionaire self-taught computer programmer.

     Tony Mwara, is a 26 years old college drop-out who became a successful computer animator. When he was growing up, his family barely had enough to eat. Through his self-motivated effort he became renowned and became member of the Cheetah Generation.
